I’ve never had such a negative experience with reception at any office. They were having problems with my insurance and had no patience with me. I explained that I provided the correct information from the card and had just used my insurance a month prior - they were extremely nasty with me. Would not recommend this place ever, especially if you are having any problems. Every appointment I had with them, I left crying. They are extremely dismissive and don't listen to your concerns about your own body. Was told that painful periods are normal and debilitating cramps are also normal, "everyone goes through it." At two different points in my care here, the solution given to me was to add a second form of birth control to mask the symptoms, not actually look into the root of the issue. Dr. Susan is an angel on earth. She delivered both of my babies and I could not ask for a better Dr. she’s super attentive, nurturing and passionate about what she does.

Went to them when I found out I was pregnant. Got a rushed ultrasound and first appt. Couple weeks later I called thinking I was having a miscarriage. They didn't care. I ended up bleeding and having emergency d&c and was irrelevant to them after I was no longer pregnant.

Love dr Susan she is absolutely wonderful! Makes u feel like u are her only patient of the day!
