Purchased a new Armada here last year with an extended warranty. Just had my 30,000 mile service done here at half the cost of my local Nissan dealership. The experience from top-to-bottom was very professional and positive!
AVOID this dealership. Promises made, promises broken. Antonio Crouch, Haddy and Markese strive to close the deal then, walk away with zero followup. “We will look into it”, “I’ll talk to my GM and get back to you” … all stall tactics hoping I will go away and forget. This review is PSA for anyone considering a Nissan. Nissan is a good brand but these folks are a stain on the industry.
The service department was unclear about repair credit after diagnostic. It seems like you need to know the exact problem for them to diagnose pay them to confirm and not get the credit for a recommended repair. Passenger air bag sensor was broken which we already knew. They gave no ballpark for us to consider if the $184 diagnostic fee would be worthwhile to use with respect to what the cost would be worst case scenario.
