They didn't even tell me what the X-ray results were, when I asked for a copy of the radiologist report I found out that my condition was much worse than they expressed. At the previous appointment they expressed the desire to perform a surgical procedure until I spoke up about the warning I discovered about it in my own research to object it. Do your own research regarding any procedure they suggest in this office.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Koebbe and his entire team! From the very first appointment, Dr. Koebbe took the time to truly listen, explain everything clearly, and make me feel completely comfortable and confident in my care. Dr. Koebbe is Professional Neurosurgeon and very skilled at what he does. Highly recommend for you or your loved ones care. He also has good bedside manner and cares about what he does.
Katie O'Kennedy and all the staff I had encounters with today were absolutely phenomenal. Katie actually listened to me and helped formulate a plan that I understood and was on board with. I wish she was doing my procedure because I was so comfortable with her, but not having a doubt about what comes next. Thank you!
