Ben Wilkie lied to and misled me about several details along the way in my closing. including about my mortgage payment due dates, the tax credits I would receive, and the amount I would need to provide for closing. I understand that details change? but I was not notified about several key items that changed that I should have been able to prepare for, specifically bringing the right amount of money to the closing table.
Scotts dedication, work ethic and communication are the best.
