We worked with Allen and Arnold for almost 3 months trying to close, but communicating with Allen and Arnold is an uphill battle. These guys are super responsive out the gate. However, after you sign with them, you will find them hard pressed to respond to your emails. They wait around and you have to submit the same documents over and over again as the months go on. I dreaded the finance process when purchasing my first home. I highly recommend Billy! He made sure I understood everything in the paperwork and helped me so much.
