I’m new to the nail scene and learning by just doing my own nails, so when I found this place online, I was happy. Unfortunately the experience didn’t meet my standards. They do have a wide range of nail polishes, acrylics…. Nails, etc. and most of the stuff looks reasonably priced, but there was some stuff that looked super cheap, and way overpriced. Great spot for gel polishes and nail accessories! Of course they have more than that, but it's all I shop for. I don't remember her name, but the woman at the cash register was very helpful and friendly 😊

Worst customer service, do not spend your money here. I asked which Apres shade was black, employee picked out the “black” shade for me. I get home and it’s blue, no big deal I’ll just go exchange it, mistakes happen. WRONG, they refused to exchange or refund me for THEIR MISTAKE. Saying it’s up to the customer to make the correct choice, however you can’t open any bottles and the lighting in the store is awful, can barely see. On top of that YOUR EMPLOYEE said it was black, literally opened the swatch book and pointed to th... read more

this place has so much stuff! full disclosure; I am not a nail pro just a newbie diy-er still learning the basics. I love the selection of polishes, tools, and supplies. This is the only place I go to buy my supplies because it's so well stocked. as someone with questions about the products I do find it frustrating that only the owner seems to know anything about the items sold here. my only other issue is that a lot of the nail tools are like Temu quality and you can't return or exchange anything when it breaks.
