My daughter recently had a great experience getting an MRI at this location and recommended I go there. They didn't have the kind I needed, but the woman who answered was so kind and even looked up places for me. I was able to get a test within a week that I couldn't get anywhere else for months. I just wanted to say she went above and beyond. What an incredible human!
Multiple phone calls over 3 days for appointment. Same message each time that reps are busy with other calls, CALL BACK LATER. An unacceptable customer experience.
Poor communication, staff are not rude, but barely so. If you can, go to another location. Two stars for location.
Thank you lovely ladies for wasting my time today. I was told in the office if there is a chance I might be pregnant they cannot scan me. Please, add to your screening on the phone the pregnancy question, and inform customers that in the first trimester your facility will not scan customers. Apparently they send them to the hospital. I was told MRI is not safe/not enough research in the first trimester by the manager, which is okay. Also pretty safe that’s why MRI is preferred over other modalities. Welcome to the world of understaffed and over worked healthcare providers. They are behind the times in digital communications. Corporate problem. Only mode of communications is a phone that is constantly busy and requests you to call back continuously. It was a convenient location with inconvenient service. I will try another facility my next time around.
