The front desk staff at Premier MRI in West Chester are unfriendly and clearly don't want to be there. I was greeted coldly and told to fill out some forms. The equipment appears to be older. They do not provide headphones or anything to distract you. The check-in form asks if you are claustophobic but they don't even acknowledge a "yes" answer as they get you ready. Racism at its finest! Got here at 9 have text that states my appointment is at 9 they refused to see me. Will be filing a grievance

If I could give zero stars I would. The staff when you walk in is beyond rude. Maybe it wasn’t rude. Maybe she just hates her job. Either way she was no fun to deal with. The technician that did my scan wouldn’t help me up after laying on the table. I have a bad back and had horrible trouble getting off the table. It was like I asked for her first born child. She told me she wouldn’t help me up because she was smaller than me. Super rude and will never go back to this location. The empathy here is really lacking.

My daughter recently had a great experience getting an MRI at this location and recommended I go there. They didn't have the kind I needed, but the woman who answered was so kind and even looked up places for me. I was able to get a test within a week that I couldn't get anywhere else for months. I just wanted to say she went above and beyond. What an incredible human!
