Very friendly staff. I have an issue with claustrophobia and they were very understanding and helpful.
Impossible to schedule an MRI. Multiple calls a day over multiple days with no answer. Go elsewhere as you have to call to schedule.
I've been calling for two days trying to get someone to pick up to schedule an MRI. Repeated calls are useless - no one picks up and there is no way to leave a message. I called Premier to complain and was told that the managers are aware of the problem. The managers are falling down on their job when people really need help. Premier needs to staff their locations.
Very friendly and efficient staff. Danielle at the front desk was so helpful and Chris the MRI tech explained the procedure thoroughly and has a calming demeanor. Overall a stress free and timely procedure. Thank you Chris and Danielle!
