Impossible to schedule an MRI. Multiple calls a day over multiple days with no answer. Go elsewhere as you have to call to schedule.

I've been calling for two days trying to get someone to pick up to schedule an MRI. Repeated calls are useless - no one picks up and there is no way to leave a message. I called Premier to complain and was told that the managers are aware of the problem. The managers are falling down on their job when people really need help. Premier needs to staff their locations.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Danielle at the front desk was so helpful and Chris the MRI tech explained the procedure thoroughly and has a calming demeanor. Overall a stress free and timely procedure. Thank you Chris and Danielle!

Go some where else. Poor scheduling experience. Scheduled MRI. They called back 24 hrs later to say I needed more time because I was having two MRI's the scheduler didn't properly. Read the Dr script. Tech created a CD my Dr. can't read. No in house Radiologist to read results. The promise is to have images read in 72 hours. They failed at this. My Dr. called after four days and only one of the two reports was read. Don't waste your time here.
