Do not let the reviews scare you. I loved it here. Front desk was happy and kind. Techs were happy and kind also.
Everyone was totally sweet, competent, and professional. I witnessed staff being the same with other patients. Same when I got an MRI two years ago. Scheduling lady was amazing on the phone and in person. Everything went smoothly and was on time!

The receptionist/person who answers the phone here is extremely rude and unpleasant. With how many bad reviews mention her, I'm not sure how she still has a job there. Please go to the Premier MRI in Exton if you're given the choice, they are MUCH nicer.
