The receptionist/person who answers the phone here is extremely rude and unpleasant. With how many bad reviews mention her, I'm not sure how she still has a job there. Please go to the Premier MRI in Exton if you're given the choice, they are MUCH nicer.
Called this morning to schedule an MRI. Phone rang and rang about 30 times, then got a message that all reps were busy and I should call back later. Looked at the reviews and decided to schedule with MLH instead. Called MLH, got assisted immediately.
The receptionist have to go!! Very ignorant & racist!! Honestly!! If you hate your husband… divorce… if you hated your job.. QUIT.. we are clients, paying you!! How’s the hell you are getting 2.4 / 5 stars for being receptionist?? And you still there?? Someone have to looking into this… there’s other nicer peoples out there looking for a job… trust me, i’m the nicest people in delco, never giving a negative reviews… this probably the 1st & last!!!
