The receptionist have to go!! Very ignorant & racist!! Honestly!! If you hate your husband… divorce… if you hated your job.. QUIT.. we are clients, paying you!! How’s the hell you are getting 2.4 / 5 stars for being receptionist?? And you still there?? Someone have to looking into this… there’s other nicer peoples out there looking for a job… trust me, i’m the nicest people in delco, never giving a negative reviews… this probably the 1st & last!!!
I had an absolute wonderful experience here at premier imaging ! The Rad Tech Kraig was phenomenal ! Awesome bedside manner and actually takes time to talk to his patients . I was so nervous for this MRI as I’m claustrophobic but Kraig went above and beyond to provide a great experience! Highly recommend
Two Very rude receptionists. In person and on the phone. They speak to patients as if we are the help and inconvenience to their time away from their cellphones.and sadly those two have been working there for a while now.I called to make an appointment and she hung up on me for asking questions. The medical staff however are excellent.
Front desk speaks to customers as if they’re second class citizens. This type of attitude is shameful, and you either fire your frontline staff or train them to act like professionals. Yikes.
Have been trying to schedule an MRI for 3 weeks, absolutely no help & then was hung up on by receptionist. Absolutely disgusting
