Everyone here from the person who called to make my appointment, to the receptionist, to the actual MRI Tech was SUPER kind and caring. Definitely come here instead of Havertown if you're given the choice.
I visited this location to get MRI done. The staff was friendly and professional. Had some forms to fill out and went to the MRI. The headphones provided were not great and continuously hearing the noise. The location is great!!
Tried for a week to get an appointment, but like others have said, no one picks up the phone. Called Penn Radiology and they picked up first time.
Good luck trying to get an appointment with Premier MRI anywhere. Nobody ever answers the phone. It's a miracle they're still in business. We go to Penn Radiology instead.
