The place is okay but hard to find. The only problem is that you’re treated more as an object rather than a person with nobody even acknowledging your presence with a smile or a greeting. Maybe I was seeing it because I am of color and not white. Is this what Trump’s America is doing to people?

Thank you Noel!!! I am completely claustrophobic and Noel work with me to get acclimated to the machine and I was able to do 90 minutes! This place is wonderful. It was a great experience from scheduling to the imaging. I felt safe and comfortable. I was able to have a family member in the room! That! Made a huge difference. This is my go to open MRI place. I can’t say thank you enough. Thank you for the compassion and care. :-)
I’m a big guy. I am also claustrophobic. BRIAN, the MRI tech gave me so many different options that weren’t offered to me from 3 other offices! 5 stars
The staff and facility are outstanding. Last week Nancy (? I think) was wonderful in explaining their MRI and how it would be a more positive experience. Monica, in the office, was very pleasant and answered my questions. Noel, the tech could not have been more patient. He thoroughly explained the entire process and even did a run thru to check my physical and emotional comfort levels. The machine was larger! I would definitely recommend this facility!!!
