Brandon was great! Very knowledgeable and so helpful! Process was super easy and quick
We showed up for our 830AM pick up today. As I tried to log into the U-Haul reservation it said the reservation was changed to pick up In person at noon! We had movers coming at 9, so this was not going to work. Uhaul got us sorted out and we picked up somewhere else. Sad there was someone sleeping just inside the window, they saw us and clearly didn’t care. I do not recommend this at all! Go to the U-Haul site and pick another place! Almost anywhere is better!
Excellent experience as a whole with this company. I appreciate you guys for making the whole process easy on the customer.
