If I could give Zero stars I would. This was the worst first home buying experience and we could not be more disappointed with this group. We even reached out to their HQ team and have been ghosted. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and do not use them. You will be happier if you didn’t.

Ok so this was a roller coaster ride on buying our first house. I could say a lot of negative things but I won’t waste my time over all the manager Spencer and his team sucked. This is a really bad place I would lick elsewhere. They will sell your mortgage to someone different less then a month after the sale. They lie and will tell you what you wanna here and make this the most difficult decision and your first time buyers it’s supposed to great but it’s not they suck bad!
I had an amazing experience with PMR/ Amanda Dunham, Heather Venzzetti and their Team and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home or asking questions regarding a mortgage. They paid attention to every detail and had fantastic communication throughout the process.
