Cheryl did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our new home. Cheryl was very involved in all aspects of closing and was with us every step of the way. She was very friendly, responsive, regularly checked in, and always gave us great advice.
Absolutely without a doubt them the knowledge is unbelievable she is a smart young lady does her job very well whatever you're paying her she needs about twice as much more she was very clear about the paperwork very clear about what was happening if I ever buy a house again if she's still there I'm exactly that's exactly where I'm going and when I go to refinance I'm going through her again she was a sweetheart beyond belief those are job I give 10
Cheryl and her team were incredible to work with! I think they broke some kind of record closing our deal in only 15 days! The kindness and patience Cheryl showed us is what make her a great lender, but more than that a great friend! I highly recommend Cheryl and her whole team!
I have used Cheryl with several home loans, home equity line of credit etc and she has always provided me with excellent service that goes above and beyond. Lassen Co is a smaller community and she makes sure she knows each and every one of her customers needs and she meets them. Thank you Cheryl for everything you have done for our community and for me, you are greatly appreciated and loved Rocky Hall
Cheryl was professional and kept me informed of the progress on my loan the whole way through. She is an absolute pleasure to work with!
