We’d be lost without Dave! Over the course of our 2 year home search, he acted as a mortgage consultant, teacher, advocate, friend, and sometimes our therapist. Dave was absolutely the best in helping in our house buying process. He spent lots of time walking through our options early on, very thoroughly explaining everything. He locked us in with a rate that outdid the competition, and spent more time making sure we had everything in line. I cannot recommend Dave enough if you are house hunting and in need of financing.
