On holiday on the Isle of Wight with our 3 week old MG HS phev only for it to breakdown and deemed un drivable by the AA due to suspected faulty alternator. The car was on a low loader and they wouldn’t accept the car to confirm the fault or to establish if it was something else. Very accessible for parking, entrance and inside lots of room flat entrance. Drinks provided. Plenty of seating. Good range of MG stock. Very friendly and helpful, knowledgeable and attentive staff. Dillon was very efficient and informative and good at demonstrating the car features and explaining things.
Very helpful and patient answering all our question, and taking the time to find the model of MG that fits our requirements and lifestyle,.
I brought an MG3 Dan who I dealt with in purchasing my car, he was very helpful and approachable. Any questions were answered there and then, very efficient, when I had to go back to the garage, they put my car straight in and sorted the problem out, with no fuss.
