I have taken the time. You should go to this page to talk about things like this company. Is it crap? And I feel like this is the worst thing that has happened to me since I bought my car. They took my car from my place where I live. Claiming that I owe it to insurance. When I still sent them proof that all the insurance is complete. Terrible support and not willing to give you a chance.
Absolutely the worst finance company if I could give them negative stars I would first off none of their representatives are friendly or give a damn second off They do not try to help you at all they give you zero time to come up with anything and when they repossess your car, they take it to a whole Nother city so you can’t even get your belongings out of it. I would not recommend them. They’re greedy.
I’ve been a member here for 14 years. They used to be great, everyone was very kind, helpful, and cared about their job and helping people. It has gone down tremendously over the past year or so. They’ll talk to you non stop if you’re opening an account, but as soon as you do that you’ll never hear from anyone again. I’ve tried emailing people, calling and leaving voicemails, I’m lucky if I get one response, but that is often not the case.
