I have paid off 2 vehicles with what is now Meritrust Credit Union. They gave me an amazing deal when I refinanced my truck. I will probably come back if I get a boat or motorcycle.
Meritrust has the worst customer service possible. I am completely disappointed with the employees representing this company. This company needs more training, I should not be calling over 10 times for the same issue. Completely unacceptable, will never take out a loan them again.

I have taken the time. You should go to this page to talk about things like this company. Is it crap? And I feel like this is the worst thing that has happened to me since I bought my car. They took my car from my place where I live. Claiming that I owe it to insurance. When I still sent them proof that all the insurance is complete.
