I love coming in and seeing Aurora. She is very friendly and always helps me out with a smile.
I’m not going to write the name of the person who helped me but I I’ll call her Z. Z refused to help me in cashing a check. Pretty sure it was a case of profiling. She said she couldn’t get a hold of the member who wrote me the check even though she didn’t even leave a message when she “called” that’s if she really even did call the member to get “verification”.
