I've made every payment on an auto loan for years, sometimes extra even. I told them I'm almost done paying it off and falling on hard times but starting a new job in a week and I cant even get a one month deferral. I'll figure it out and make good on payments....but I'll never work with them again. I thought credit unions were more caring and understanding.

PMCU was supposed to send me a new card when mine expired. I never received it. I had to call to get it reissued and then physically went into this location to get a temporary card to use while I waited. I was concerned that my financial information didn’t come directly to me, so I asked them about it. They reported to me that it must have been lost in the mail.
