Absolutely the worst finance company in the history of finance companies I will give them negative stars. If I could none of their representatives are friendly or give a damn they do nothing to try to help you give you no time to come up with something and when they repossess your cars, they take it to a whole Nother city so you can’t get your belongings out out of it.
I went in on Saturday morning. It was a few minutes after opening at 9:am. I saw vehicle pull up in front. I walked up to the doors the they were still locked so I did my transaction outside. When I was finished I got back into my vehicle. At that time I saw a female getting out of the above mentioned vehicle. It was an employee and she went into the building. Why she waited until I was done, I don’t know but that certainly says something about the customer service there. I think that was rude!
Their ATM is out of order every time I go there. Maybe 1/10 times I have gone there it has been in working order.
If I could give Zero I would. As I was told by Assistant Branch Manager Nancy Luna, "Don't use our ATM". It will withdraw money from your account months later and per Nancy, there is nothing they can do about it. After having them take money out of my account on 8/11 for a transaction completed on 6/13, I was told the solution was to not use their ATM again so that it doesn't have other transactions to potentially re-withdraw.
