Would give a zero if I could. Very unprofessional.
They will not return calls, or refill prescriptions on time. They have been canceling appointments. This place is now terrible!
Since my last review they’ve gotten way better. I guess it took time for them to make the switch but now they’re in the groove. I can call for appointments and get my prescriptions much easier and Dr. Zibdie who is the primary doctor now, is good and thorough. I just hope he stays around for a while. OLD. Total staffing change and my regular doctor is gone, replaced by the former doctor who was gone for over a year. She finally showed up late for her 1st two appointments. A prescription that usually just goes to CVS never got there. Seriously thinking of looking for a new primary care doc.
Hight not recommend. They made me wait for more than an hour and still no Dr Show up to go through blood work. It is not just once, 2 or 3 times. And there is no courtesy call also to say sorry and reschedule. They take our time for granted. Like only their time is important and ours is not. One time I am the only patient and still no Dr show up. They keep saying Dr will come and made me wait more than an hour.
