The only great thing about this practice was the receptionist. They ditched her. They don't return calls, never refill my prescriptions, left me in an exam room for 2 hours when there wasn't as single other patient. I had to go find the doctor in his office. I'm DONE.
Only giving it 1 star because there is no option to give no stars! I was at the office for over 20 years. I have been having a hard time getting a prior auth for a medication (only because my insurance changed) since February. No one answers, no one calls back and when you do get a person they put you on hold and transfer you to a voicemail system! On top of all this… I show up for an appt on 4/16, get told the Dr will not be there for another hour and that this is the last day the office will be open! Are you kidding me! Ho... read more
Would give a zero if I could. Very unprofessional.
They will not return calls, or refill prescriptions on time. They have been canceling appointments. This place is now terrible!
Since my last review they’ve gotten way better. I guess it took time for them to make the switch but now they’re in the groove. I can call for appointments and get my prescriptions much easier and Dr. Zibdie who is the primary doctor now, is good and thorough. I just hope he stays around for a while. OLD. REVIEW If the assistant Mary is not there, no one else knows what they’re doing.
