I was looking into health insurance online. as I inquired through the internet I received a call from a sales person. They transferred me 3 times to which the final sales person answered my questions but wouldn't give me a quote without having a credit card number. Reluctantly I did share that with him as he had reassured me it was only to get a quote. I called NY State of Health and somehow got connected to this scam. Someone who called himself “Alex Pen” signed me up for insurance that I thought was administered through the State of New York. Upon review of my registration documents, which contain bizarre wording and statements, I’ve come to believe this company is an utter scam. Trash costumer service. No recording for customer care. No confirmation number for cancelations. Barely covered anything IF they covered ANY thing. Shady because they operate several different insurances under different names for example "First Health" but they dont mail you a physical card. Look I listed 5 things...
