I was told after questioning the scheduler , why the bad reviews on Google, they assured me they have all new staff. Upon arriving, the staff was very friendly and professional. Office is welcoming and easy to find. I would certainly come back and recommend.
I'm honestly not sure why there are such bad reviews for PMI North. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The facility was also very clean. I would definitely recommend and return as well if needed.
