I like Dr Woo but the office and logistics is very poor. Firstly, it’s hard to get through on the phone. Second, as an example, every year they neglect to notify me to get blood work done before my annual checkup, so I have to either see the doctor without the blood work and discuss the blood work later, or reschedule the appointment. Last year, after not telling me I needed blood work before the appointment, they tried to force me to make another office visit to discuss the blood work with the doctor. I don’t regularly go to the doctor often and this experience was definitely one, I won’t forget. The front staff is very nice and the nurse that assisted me in the room, but when I met with a Dr. Aloomi I couldn’t believe how unprofessional she was. The entire time we were in the room together, she was huffing and puffing with an attitude. Absolutely horrible patient care , and disrespectful office staff . I called them to let them know my father was in the hospital and I needed his records sent over and they didn’t even ask how he was.
After waiting 9 months for an appointment my daughter and I both had very bad experiences with Dr Woo. She is not pleasant at all and seems so disconnected. As new patients you would expect a doctor to be more responsive but she was cold. I do not recommend at all.
Horrible horrible dr. They don't care they don't help they shouldnt even be open tbh. I've never even met woo just her nurse practitioners and that's horrible either way horrible place to go. STAY AWAY FROM WOO
