Absolutely horrible patient care , and disrespectful office staff . I called them to let them know my father was in the hospital and I needed his records sent over and they didn’t even ask how he was.
After waiting 9 months for an appointment my daughter and I both had very bad experiences with Dr Woo. She is not pleasant at all and seems so disconnected. As new patients you would expect a doctor to be more responsive but she was cold. I do not recommend at all.
Horrible horrible dr. They don't care they don't help they shouldnt even be open tbh. I've never even met woo just her nurse practitioners and that's horrible either way horrible place to go. STAY AWAY FROM WOO
Dr. Woo is so unprofessional! Just by the way I experience her really nasty to a patient that was exiting the office, and not only that she really didn’t give me the care I really needed. You will be seated for hours in the waiting room and then be seen by Dr. Woo for 2 mins. Not worth it. Definitely changed primary!
Dr Woo is excellent, she explains everything and cares.
