Absolutely negligent. Sarah was assigned to care for my husband after he was released from emergency hospitalization. He had a catheter! Sarah saw him once in 8 weeks bc the office kept canceling! 4 canceled visits and him walking around with a catheter! His oncologist said that was totally unacceptable so thankfully I found a Doctor in Middletown! Catheter was removed and no need to replace! Unacceptable negligence. We were told we’d see DR. I had a cystoscopy with right ureteroscopy and laser lithotripsy for an obstructing kidney stone with Dr. Parker, from Premier Urology, on 4/17/26 at HealthAlliance Hospital in Kingston. Surgery went well. This review is about the 3 days before it. 4/14: Dr. Parker's surgical coordinator called to schedule surgery for Friday 4/17 and told me to stop NSAIDs immediately. Great workers there also friendly and nice!!!!!!
Never got directions from them. Was on time but took me 20 minutes and numerous entrances to the hospital to find. Then wouldn’t let me see the doctor.
