I’m so sad today after a doctors appointment for a wellness check for my Daughter and Son….. I’ve super satisfied with the Doctor, nurses, the front desk ladies super sweet and human. We have to be very careful with what we say before we talk. The Nurse I’m pretty sure regret saying that horrible comment. I love the couple that’s caring for my two bundle of Joy!!! With all my upmost respect to them!!!!!! At the end of the visit we transferred the kids to Fishkill TLC.

Maybe it’s time to find another doctors office, extremely short. Never any appointments available, no matter when you called. I called at 8am and they told me there aren’t anymore appointments for the day. I said “it’s 8am”. Basically you have to just take your kids to urgent care or the hospital so don’t bother going there when they’re sick.

I called at 4pm just to confirm my sons scheduled yearly office visit. Someone answered. Told me under their breath to "hold" and put the call on hold. The line IMMEDIATELY started ringing. I let it ring and ring non stop for 3 minutes and 25 seconds. I called back and was sent to the on call answering service. Been coming here for 21 years and nothing is the same since Dana and Pam left.

The best care from all providers and staff there. Very accommodating and professional. Original founding physicians are incredible and new additions amazing as well. Dr. Claire, Dr Calabro, Dr Hietenan all return calls and advocate for your child's health and wellness. Dr Claire has been a lifesaver for me and children in my work as youth worker as well.

Really frustrating experience today. I scheduled my son’s physical for 5. I got a text today asking if we could come at 4 to accommodate the doctor’s schedule. I said sure. We got there at 4. By 5:20, the office was quiet and I thought we were forgotten. I asked the young woman at the front desk and was told the doctor was still there and she couldn’t ask the doctor what was going on because she couldn’t interrupt an appointment.
