They were unable to assist with getting insurance coverage for a colonoscopy and I was forced to pay out of pocket several thousands of dollars because they sent it to collections while I was still trying to fight it with United Healthcare.
No consideration to call you for your results. They don’t answer the phone when you call and return the call too.
Absolutely pitiful. Dr Gross bedside manner is terrible to begin with. No patience for his patients. My Dad has an appointment today at 3:20 they tell me the doctor is running behind. After about 45 minutes of waiting it's the doctor is an hour behind. If we are late you bill me and I have to reschedule.
I love Premier Medical group and my NP is the best! But the Blood Lad is not convenient. The hours of operation are not convenient. Other Lads have wider time frames and they have staff there so you can go on your lunch hour. The waiting to get your blood drawn is ridiculous, again other Lads have you in and out in no time. There is always a wait at the one in Poughkeepsie.
Going for the vasectomy everything went good doctors deserve 5 stars . But Getting ahold of anyone post for a post semen analysis has been next to impossible
