Very good place for medical service --doctor is very professional and he communicates well
The staff here is unbelievable. They are very rude and incompetent. All the information is infront of them and they refused to look through paper work and find what they were asking about. Complained the whole time and got nasty with me when I tried to help. Absolutely never coming here again.
A family member went here for urological pain multiple times and was told "everything is normal." As a matter of fact, the last time he went in with the same complaint, one of the doctors actually ridiculed him and asked him why he keeps coming back. Well, we took him somewhere else and they went through all the trouble of taking a urine test to find out he had a serious infection. These doctors are lapdogs to the insurance agency. I am considering legal action about my family member's pain and suffering.
Avoid at all cost. The doctors here are fine, but the staff around the doctors are as incompetent as it gets. Mary Raffa their patient service coordinator was nice until she found out my insurance in which from here her rude behavior began. Upon bringing these concerns to the staff, I was told I would not have to deal with her again.
