I faxed a request for my records to be sent to another provider 28 days ago per the instructions on their website (sidenote: it's ridiculous that in 2026 they are requiring a fax). I left 4 messages with the office during that time asking for a call back to update me on the status. I did not receive a response from them until I had my new provider call them and demand the records. Premier called me back right after the new doctor called them and said "oh we don't have a records person, we're trying to hire someone part-time"... read more
