They have an outstanding group of doctors but its almost impossible to schedule an appointment. The lines are always busy or you have to wait a long time. They ask to use the portal to schedule appointments, I did, and all they did was call me back and leave a message to call them. They could use a good office manager.
Avoid their urology department at all costs. My wife has MS on top of the bladder and kidney issues that almost turned lethal. But every step taken was a fight. Her first doctor wanted her transferred to another hospital and let it slip that it was due to billing related issues. After going toe to toe with young, male doctors to do right by my wife, her first urologist conveniently stopped working in the location we prefer to visit. Urologist misdiagnoised - never did any good follow up Would not recommend this practice - Their GI division is not good either
I had a biopsy and was told that if it came back positive I would get a call to talk about steps moving forward. Well almost a year later I moved and am now in a different part of NY, upon having other issues I went to a new doctor and they recommended I follow up to get my records. When I called Premier and asked them for the records and results I was told in the most upbeat fashion that "Sorry no one ever contacted you but your biopsy came back positive, we're sorry".
