Came to pick up my family member from a skilled nursing facility. She cannot be without oxygen. Premier was supposed to have brought her equipment to the facility earlier in the day. They never showed up. They didn’t dispatch anyone until someone called to find out where they were. They are 40 minutes away from the facility. So we waited and waited. An hour passed.
