Do not use this clinic, they practice discrimination! Never been more outraged in my life!
The clinic doesn't accept patients that are already prescribed any kind of controlled medications. Therefore, because of my medication list, Primary care turned me down as a new patient.
If I could put a zero star I would. My husband had a stroke back in December of 2023, after getting treated by this office since October 2023. Since his stroke he's been living with numbness on his entire right side and has asked the doctor to figure out what's going on for MONTHS to no avail. We are trying to switch primary care to TMH physician partners because no referral has been sent to the neurologist after request and TMH requested medical records on August 19th, 2024 which they have YET to send. Okay, so let's start off with how OCD I am with clinics. I was so nervous my first visit but everyone worked hard at making me feel at ease, apparently it showed. I see DeShala Frazier and she listened to Everything I mentioned on my first visit. I went back today for lab results and she touched base with things I had forgotten we spoke about. She makes me feel so comfortable to talk to her about any and Everything. Everyone is so down to earth and I have not felt rushed nor did they make me wait long at all. I really felt v... read more
