1. I complained of testicular pain and saw PA Amanda Coutour. She never examined the area, wrote a script for an ultrasound for the wrong area, which meant I paid for an ultrasound I didn't need. And I had to go back for a new script. 2. Saw Dr. Toocheck the second time. He wrote a script but it didn't have the correct info on it either.
