Why does the medical industry think they deserve to charge tons of money for health insurance when doctors will not do their job so we can do our jobs to make the money to pay for their expenses services! This practice expanded and became uncaring and just wants to make money no matter what you tell them. Everything is an unregulated money grab today. I AM fed up!
Impossible to get ahold of anyone in the office even after leaving voicemails
Dr. Sheffler is AMAZING! She listens to your problems and wants to find solutions while also encouraging you to do your best. Dena took my vitals and was amazing! Gina took my blood, I am not very good at getting my blood taken at all. She made it so easy and effortless!
I been going to premier for 2 years. Always a good experience.
So frustrated! I called the office yesterday and left a message to be called back. Now the office is closing soon today. I messaged my doc yesterday and still no message back. It is impossible to get care at this office there is no continuity. It’s sad because everyone is always really nice and I really my doc.
