My PCP and hus staff are fantastic
The Most unprofessional Medical facility, I am furious! I took a physical in April. My Primary Physician , Dr. Zoe is on Maternity Leave. I went in to get the doctor filling in for her complete a medical forms for my Permit. They lied and told me it would be completed over a month ago. The one receptionist was uncaring, and with horrible communication skills. Today after many lies, they lost my Permit form, told me I had to have another physical, which is absurd, it haven't been six months yet! Shame on You Allegheny Network... read more
Friendly and helpful office staff. Great nurses. My doctor is fantastic.
My partner has had Dr Rosenthal as his PCP for years and still likes him. The office staff however are unresponsive and one in particular is unprofessional and impatient. Called for prescription refill to be called to pharmacy 9am on a Friday. It wasn’t called until 10am Monday after I left a message letting them know if it wasn’t addressed promptly I would initiate formal complaint with agency outside their office.
