Marissa the assistant was phenomenal. Dr Lukose is always attentive and caring! Will always recommend to anyone.
Dr Lukose and her team are the nicest medical teams I’ve ever witnessed in practice. Dr Lukose herself is kind and gentle spirited with good jokes and a penchant for making one feel at home. 15/10 would recommend her as your pcp/gp. She’s amazing.
If you are searching for a doctor who actually listens to you and your concerns, do NOT schedule here. The doctor didn't even let me explain fully why exactly I was there to see her. She had me get blood work done and did NOT tell me the appointment was over. A nurse found me in my exam room 20 minutes later when she came to clean the room for the next patient.
I have been there for 2 appointments. Both the times I have had issues with billing. I got a big bill from lab since it was not properly filed with insurance from doctor's office. Contacted the doctor's office multiple times to explain the situation and what needs to be corrected as told by my insurance. They said its been updated and you need to wait 30-45 days. I love this practice. so far so good! The doctors are professional and good communicators. All of the staffs are very nice and helpful. I did not have any experience of the delay of getting the prescription or miscommunication/confusion problems here, unlike the previous one.
