I'm truly grateful to have come across Dr. Shah. I have medical ptsd from previous doctors and I get scared and freeze up when I see new specialists if I feel as though I'm being invalidated. However, Dr. Shah did not make me feel badly at all. She listened intently, was very knowledgeable about my issues, and most importantly to me she was genuinely kind. Worst service I've received from a doctors office in my life the staff are rude my neurologist ignores my phone calls this place is a joke if you have epilepsy and need help dont go here, they do not care.
