Mixed experience!The front desk person was great and compassionate. The doctor seemed to be knowledgeable and listen to all of my mom’s concerns. The worst part that tainted the whole visit was a nurse by the name of Crystal, who was unprofessional combative! ABSOLUTE WORST OFFICE EVER. This is the second time they've turned me away for an appointment even though I am a PREMIER MEDICAL PATIENT and I've seen Dr. Wilhelm before. The staff is the absolutely most unethical, unempathetic, rudest people you will EVER meet. My mother came for a potential sepsis diagnosis since the ER wait times were running 20 HOURS plus at her usual hospital. Wonderful people. The phone system leaves alot to be desired though.
I had an excellent experience at Premier Medical Centers AHN, thanks to Rebecca in phlebotomy. I genuinely hate needles, and in the past it’s always been uncomfortable or difficult for staff to find my vein. Not this time. Rebecca found my vein immediately and drew blood for four vials without me feeling a thing — from the moment the needle went in to when it came out, there was absolutely no pain.
