This practice expanded and became uncaring and just wants to make money no matter what you tell them. Everything is an unregulated money grab today.
My mom needs a prescription refilled for a bleeding stomach ulcer. Though prescribed at Westmoreland Hospital (by a doctor with no phone number, and no office, an assistant), the issue is, we are now dealing with your office to get it refilled. We have been calling every day, and I have watched my mom just suffer, and lose a week's worth of her time, and we still haven't gotten an answer yet, if this prescription can be refilled or not.
