Impossible to get ahold of anyone in the office even after leaving voicemails
Dr. Sheffler is AMAZING! She listens to your problems and wants to find solutions while also encouraging you to do your best. Dena took my vitals and was amazing! Gina took my blood, I am not very good at getting my blood taken at all. She made it so easy and effortless!
I been going to premier for 2 years. Always a good experience.
So frustrated! I called the office yesterday and left a message to be called back. Now the office is closing soon today. I messaged my doc yesterday and still no message back. It is impossible to get care at this office there is no continuity. It’s sad because everyone is always really nice and I really my doc.
I have been going here for years and when I go and get my refills for my medication they never have the pharmacy refill them. And when I call to get them to refill it I get sent to voicemail.
