Dr. Jessica Ramirez-Guzman is a very caring Dr. who takes time with her patients and has excellent bedside manners. She is the PCP for all 4 members of our household and we couldn’t agree more. She is excellent, so don’t think twice to have her take care of you and your loved ones !
I called simply to get information and speak with someone in the office before scheduling a new patient appointment. Despite repeatedly asking, the operator flat-out refused to connect me with any office staff to answer a basic medical question. This was beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed and honestly shocked by how dismissive this practice was toward a potential patient. Read all of the 1 star reviews and RUN FROM HERE. Update: 11/2025: Over the last 2 years, two of my immediate family members have left Dr. DeJesus. One was told, by DeJesus himself, as he was walking out of the appointment, "Oh, you have type 2 diabetes, I'm prescribing you Ozempic" This person, my family, his patient, weighed 150lbs standing at 5'9" - did not tell me about the prescription. I had an appointment in October with Dr. Ramirez, No Issues with the first appointment, I was actually pleased to find a new Doctor nearby. I was sent to get labs and given an appointment for late November to review. My appointment was cancelled 5 TIMES since my first appointment. I showed up today to my appointment only to be told it was scheduled for the Belleview Office. Why would they switch me from the 200 Location to the Belleview Office when I live near Williston?
