BEWARE!! While Dr. Steve Hussein is a nice doctor, the aggravation and financial distress this office has put me through is unconscionable. My PCP referred me here to get a Holter monitor. A couple of months later, I got a $400 bill from a provider called iRhythym. This office chose to fit me with a monitor from a provider that does not even have offices in PA, and when I asked why they would choose an out-of-network provider, they told me that they do not check insurance coverage. I really liked the doctor I met with; however when I showed up for testing after taking a day off from work, I was advised my insurance was not accepted there ( I presented my card at every prior appointment) So after waiting months for the appointment (I am having symptoms) I was told I needed to go where my insurance was accepted. We pay $2k/month for insurance so it’s not as if it’s medical assistance. The whole UPMC vs AHN is quite discouraging and compromises the care of patients

Y’all are either reviewing the wrong place, or you’re all just unhappy biddies. I’m 25 and already suffering from heart problems. Soooo many doctors disregarded me. Dr. Schouchoff is the ONLY ONE that has taken me seriously and the ONLY ONE that listened. I finally have a diagnosis, medicine that works for me, and she lets ME be in control of my care based on how I am feeling. She’s blunt, states the facts, and cuts out all the bullcrap. If you want someone to boohoo baby over you, then just go find a different doctor 🤣

These people are mean and disorganized. Something is REALLY wrong with the culture here. If I see it as a patient, imagine the poor souls that work here.
