Wife scheduled appointment in August for November 15, received phone call two days before appointment that they were cancelling it because the doctor was sick. After speaking to two different people, they are not able to schedule another appointment until May, even though my wife has been seen and treated in the ER for severe food allergies. Currently on a "wait list" for any cancellations.
Dr otte is has zero bed side manners and the office staff has no respect I would not send a rodent
I have high praise for Dr. Otte and the entire staff. They are treating my allergies and making me feel a whole lot better. I am so pleased and recommend this practice highly !
