Called on July 2nd for an appointment, they only had July 30th. I told them I would need scripts for life saving medications at that time. I called on July 29th to confirm my appointment and they changed my shedule for August 21 with no phone call no voicemail no text message. I told them I needed that medicine script and Mark response was if it was important enough you can go to the emergency room and get it. What the hell is wrong with you people ? I came to my new patient appointment that I waited 1 month for. When I arrived, the woman at the front desk automatically started speaking to me in spanish without asking first. When i stared in confusion, she then asked if i understood. I said “not very much but i prefer english since i understand it better” she then proceeds to communicate in spanish (completely disregarding/dismissing what i said). If I could leave 0 stars - I would! WORST, doctors office - from language barrier issues to the doctor not understanding how to put in a simple prescription. Script issue: Trying to get a refill is a joke, if you call the office number and choose options for prescription refill you are transferred to the help desk in India (language barrier is REDICULOUS!) Then when you don't get response from leaving multiple requests for refills or correction on script you go to the office... It took 3 trips, back and forth to the pharmacy... read more
Worst customer service in a Medical office, none of the front desk staff speak English, they are rude, and unprofessional. I waited in the front desk for 20 minutes to be told my appointment is not today and the text message I received with my confirmation was worthless.
