Unprofessional practice. When Doctor left, no notice. Just assigned to a random NP who could not meet my personal code of conduct requirements. Left the practice. There are better options out there, with kind staff and courteous demeanor. Good luck with an assembly line mentality and little satisfaction at Premier.
