I can't even get an appointment here. This is the second time they've purposely screwed me over. The first time they called me last minute and canceled and said they didn't have water. This time they scheduled me for 7am, even sent reminders, I wake up and type in the address, and they don't open until 8. Now they will play dumb about it and try to schedule something another 3 or 4 weeks out and make a new excuse. It's probably just because it's " state assistance". Unprofessional practice. When Doctor left, no notice. Just assigned to a random NP who could not meet my personal code of conduct requirements. Left the practice. There are better options out there, with kind staff and courteous demeanor. Good luck with an assembly line mentality and little satisfaction at Premier.
