Terrible practice. My mother went here for years. Most recently, they oversaw her care at an assisted living facility. They were so bad the facility didn't renew their contract. Seek care elsewhere. Also, the nurse, Sherry, is a rude, unprofessional waste of space
Long review so quick pre-cap: office caused harm due to delay in care and refused to start formal complaint process. They are instead trying to handle it quietly in house. I met with Rosie to take over my care as an internist/PCP. In person she was lively and knowledgeable, which I mistakenly believed was the start of a wonderful new working relationship with a healthcare provider. -She requests you message her on MyChart to communicate. Staff and practtioners are all caring and awesome!
This is not about this particular location. How many messages does AHN have to send me about an appointment. Send me ONE that's it . Then you send me a text one HOUR before my appointment and ask if I'm there yet .Of course I'm not there ,it's an hour until my appointment, yikes.
