I've been a patient with Premier Medical for 40 years. The best MD was Dr. Costlow who retir ed. Then i went to the office on RT 130. Not a fan of Dr. Macik n the office dropped the ball on more than one occasion! SovI left there n now w North Versailles office. Actually considering switching to UPMC!
DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE. I was supposed to be seen in November and they cancelled my appointment. It is now late January and they cancelled my appointment AGAIN and are now saying I cannot get seen until March. What an unprofessional place for being a DOCTORS OFFICE. Office staff is also not helpful or understanding. It is sad that places like this still exist in today's world.
Dr. Nelson is wonderful, and the office as a whole is very user-friendly.
Front desk Staff is always friendly. Nurses are always great with my kids. Doctors take the time to explain stuff to me if not understanding.
