While traveling to Taos on vacation I found I had left important parts of my CPAP face mask at home and it was inoperable. Rice and Rhyen were most accommodating, caring and helpful and provided me with what I needed to make the CPAP work properly. It was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had and I would gladly recommend Rotech and Premier Medical.
