Rude staff, I got told to go through my broker by reception and totally brushed off as if I was a major inconvenience to them for even daring to call. And I believe it, I get the impression that their staff are stressed and miserable to not care about being cordial or polite.
Needing Knee Surgery I was unable to properly inspect my boat after a claim because of a Racoon. When I was able to finally inspect the boat I found that the work done to repair and Clean my boat was not done properly. I tried to get the Claim Reopened but was refused by David Cao at Premier Group of Canada. I will never use Premier again or refer anyone to Premier Marine for boat Insurance. Very frustrating to deal with.

These guys are absolutely awful…. I hit a submerged dead head with my basically brand new yamaha motor over 2 months ago. They quoted me at almost 14K for a repair and offered me much less. Then I asked to RE investigate as my engine was considered to be a total loss by all the mechanics that inspected the damages. They then offered me 7K as a replacement cost for an engine that’s worth 16-18K. Absolutely ridiculous. I’m still trying to deal with them but it’s like pulling teeth.
