Horrible communication.
I would like to give 0 stars. I booked a brewer bus trip with Scott (whom I personally know). I contacted him 2 days before and he said oh I wrote the wrong date down. I sent him the screen shot, then he said oh I thought you decided to postpone it. I sent him the screen shot of my message that we were going through with it. He said well I don't have a driver. Gee thanks Scott!
I will never book this company. I just witnessed a man driving one of these vehicles tell a gas station clerk the car wash wasn’t working. He got a free code and then peeled out of the parking lot. This is just dishonest. I would never want to book something with a company who doesn’t want to pay for a $10 car wash. *disclaimer: I have never booked this company
