The limo we booked for my daughter’s wedding never showed. We called 20 minutes after the scheduled pickup and were told it was on the way, but 10 minutes later still no car. We had to cancel and scramble for other transportation. Extremely unreliable—would not recommend. Also still have not received a refund after contacting them a bunch of times.
Amazing service! Can’t thank them enough for the last minute ride!!!
They called to confirm with my friend multiple times even said they would be here about 5 minutes late since they had to clean the limo from last group. Then called and said they have engine problems after being 20 minutes late.
