So, we secured this limo service for my husband's birthday. We had planned to be picked up at 6:30 for dinner at 7. The limo driver, who I believe owned the company, arrived at 7:45. The lack of professionalism to startling to say the least. Untied tennis shoes, unkempt outfit, without contrition for his late arrival.
