I've had my elevator less than 5 years. It took months to have it installed. At the last service call, the tech sold me a service contract which he said included emergency 24 hour service and next day non-emergency service. I called office when elevator stopped working and was told I had to wait 6 days for someone to come to get the elevator running. Anil A came to service my elevator and fix one of the doors I broke. Fantastic technician. Quick, yet efficient and went the extra mile to walk me through scenarios that could happen. He fixed my door I broke then jumped right into the maintenance work after. Took me through each floor on what was done, including adjusting the door and tightening the hinges. Will definitely ask for him to come back for maintenance in the future.

Mr. Anil Aslan, Premier Lifts Technician, came for Preventive Maintenance of our residence elevator. He performed the job professionally and addressed all our concerns. He took the time needed to perform the job. We highly recommend the company and thankful to the technician for a job well done.

Our technician, Anil, did an amazing job of not only fixing small issues with our new elevator, but providing a complete orientation on how to use the elevator and how to troubleshoot small problems. He took the time to fully explain things and truly went above and beyond.
