Premier was a great company when the previous owner, Dan, had it. However, since it was sold, this has become a nightmare. I continued my service in 2025 with the new owner and was not fully satisfied with the level of care given to my residence. I had prepaid for the year's service. When the renewal invoice came for the 2026 service, I noticed a $105.40 credit for services I paid for in 2025 that were not completed. I have had Premier Lawn Care for many years and have been very happy with them. They worked out a plan that works great for my lawn needs. I recently left a message for them to call me regarding an upcoming appointment that was needed, and received a call back almost immediately from Chase Carnes, their new Senior Operations Manager.
