I loved the Milwaukee Location Premier Laser Spa. The people who worked there were so comforting. Unfortunately I just received an email about the location no longer operates as of October 16th 2015. It did not state what the next step for me to do. It was also signed by the CEO. I had signed a contract to receive 8 treatments. I've always paid my monthly payment on time. I have started laser hair treatment with Premeir laser spa and today I was notified that the offices were closed. I called the number provided to see how I can go about being refunded for services not received. The man I was forwarded to claimed to be an upper chairman of the corporation. He stated "you can sit tight. I don't have answers. You will not be credited. This just unraveled today." I said "I'm not paying thousands of dollars for something I didn't receive. I had my first treatment about 2 weeks ago. They worked with me on finding deals and financing to get my a reasonable price. The tech who did my treatment made me feel so comfortable, like I was talking with an old friend! Now I am at the stage where I am starting to see the results! Very happy so far! Can't wait for my next treatment!
The Best Thing that I Could have done so happy with their services!!! Very professional environment! Totally worth it!
